Lee Posted September 10, 2008 Report Share Posted September 10, 2008 there's a total on the website over at http://www.shoerecycling.co.uk & I've pulled this image from it. the current total is the money already collected & this will rise steadily in the next few weeks. we will also be auctioning some of the support equipment (laptops, phones, satnav & bikes) at the cutting edge exhibition on the 21st September & Chris Wilson will be running the Berlin marathon towards our total on the 28th September so I would estimate the final total will be counted early in October. Lee Posted November 1, 2008 Report Share Posted November 1, 2008 it has been updated weekly & the total now stands as £12,089.98p not sure if we will make it to the 20k target but its has become a monumental total already. Just think what a difference that kind of money could make to a kids life. I am going to a meeting on the 18th When I am sure we will be finalising the event & I may have some more news then.
