Dean
very nice Whats the name of the top font?
busy bee
The font at the top is "Algerian", I've used it a load of times, it has a sort of shadow effect, you'll see what I mean. The bottom part was "News 701 Italic" ordinary, I know, butit has a bit of style and it fills easily.
Michael
Very nice Busy Bee.. Did you fill the lettering using a toolpath or just leave them as outline text?
busy bee
Thanks! I filled the letters using a toolpath, with a drag diamond. The font has another line around the edge which gives it another dimension. I always use a "light touch" spring loaded fitting on the diamond when I do cups, so I can get an even depth all over. This was a quality cup (Cannons) retailing at £395, and it engraved lovely and deep.
