Lee
Just done seen something I haven't come across before and though I'd warn you about one part off it! I have just replaced a 3volt battery in a 1.5 volt movement that had a "mini" transformer, quite interesting but heres the warning! The connections to the 3 volt battery are made with 2 tiny springs (pictured on the coin) when the battery is removed these fall out! Don't let them fall where you can't find them! you have been warned! Lee

Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
There are more brands like this. I have one made by Casio that has the spings and I dread having to replace the battery as it takes 3 times as long to find the blooming springs in the bedroom carpet. Lee
I work on this unit, repairs are done on the top, but I pull out the first draw which sits against my stomach. With this any parts which do drop fall into the draw, which means I know where to find them! Lee
Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
My pull out is the one I used to use for the key board on it rests on my stomach not against it Nice set up Lee, impressed.
