Lee
Since there has been a lot of discussion this month on finishers and motor phases. this months poll is about it!
StevenB
I've always had a 3 phase machine, and a single phase supply. The machine runs through a convertor, which by some magical process makes it all work fine! Ocasionally the convertor breaks (twice in 10 years), but is easy & (so far) cheap to sort, so I'd recommend it every time for those on single phase supply. Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
The answer to the question of single v 3 phase has to be wieghed against the volume and nature of the repair trade in your shop. £800 a week on repairs and single phase is fine, but £3000 no way.
