I had this key cut?

Always makes me smile. I'm sure you've had it yourself. Customer brings a key back" I had this key cut last week and it doesn't work....wont even go in the hole!" You take one look at the copied key, one look at their key and you notice the cuts are so completely different they gave you the wrong key to copy from, in the first place. They've gone home and realised what they've done thought "I'll go back and try it on He's only a shoe repairer what will he know!"

haha, i have a better one: those customers who bring a key back to you and it has a different shop name on it. they're always adamant 'i had it cut here' but when you stand your ground they suddenly change their mind, 'it wasn't actually me who had it cut, it was my great, great, great grandma'.'
