Anybody cut a laser key for Royal Alloy scooter?

cant source a genuine blank anywhere, I don’t cut laser keys so limited knowledge of blanks, looking for a key for a mate, no numbers on the key nor any code card supplied, 

any help appreciated .

what year and model ?

is it transponder equipped ?

if is non chipped /  transponder,

if cannot get code cut replacement key from dealer,

if cannot get blank from dealer,

customer needs to find a locksmith, maybe with your help that can modify a blank to size and trace copy cuts onto the modified blank,

might try the Royal Alloy clubs or forums for more information
