The way these scammers operate is the numbers game , for everyone that complains enough to get a refund theres 10 more that dont or are to frightened to , its a licence to print money for them . if trading standards etc get too interested they disolve the business and start a new business .

in a world full of trusting or vulnerable people there are scammers happy to rip them off , no regulation along with an inadequate legal system and soft punishments make it a profitable business and a fruitfull feeding ground .

on various groups and forums i must see 10 to 20 such cases a week , if that many are getting looked into then how many are not .

its pointless authorities taking action as the courts dont give punishments that deter them , our authorities are so understaffed with very limited resources that most of these cases would probably not even get looked at.

you have the right to charge what you like for your services as long as stated up front and agreed .

the public need educating , sadly when in a panic common sense goes out the window
