Technical Tony Davenport
I was going to add this post on the " Machine " section only but was thinking that section does not get viewed as much as this part of the group . So Hope this is ok to post here as this will help many customers out there with the Keyline Ninja Total machines . So As the title says , and an update all Keyline Ninja machine uses have been waiting for there is now a way to cut many Yale Superior keys by grouping all the Track cuts in one go and all the dimple cuts in one . EG - Not just cutting one key at a time and having to swap the laser and dimple cutter over each time . just update the machine and change your settings as below . So have a look at the image below - here is the parameter to indicate to the machine whether to group the key cuts by cutter or by key. If you would like to cut many keys Go to the parameter and set this as true, Now then the machine will cut multiple copies of the same key, What will happen is the machine will cut the first group of keys all in one go EG all Dimple or Track cuts with one cutter, then after this it ask to change the cutter and start over from the first key again . if the machines is set to fake, the functioning of the ninja is the normal EG - where every key is completely cut (both cuts). swapping the cutter over per key Don't forget to "" Update "" your machines, you may need Keyline Key coins ., Regards Tony Tony Wilkin // Autokeys Development Manager Tel: 07572 216446 Email: tony@davenport-burgess.com
Technical Tony Davenport
Please also be aware that you can purchase Tracer MC2507 (t10) which allows you to " Trace " the Tracks of the Yale keys so there is no need to have to read these by eye any more Tony Wilkin // Autokeys Development Manager Tel: 07572 216446 Email: tony@davenport-burgess.com
