I'm sure you will already know this, but just in case -

 

#Dear Business partners,

We would like to inform you that the board of ln-Time Watch Services
Ltd. had to make the difficult decision to discontinue the business
activities of ln-Time Watch Services Ltd. as of 22 December 2022
ln-Time Watch Services Ltd. has already been confronted with a
difficult financial climate in recent years, mainly due to external
factors such as the insolvency of key customers, Brexit and Covid-19.
Unfortunately, despite intensive efforts, it has not been possible to
ensure the continuation of the business.

We want to inform you that this will have a minor effect on bringing
HIRSCH products into the UK. However, we want to keep you reassured that
HIRSCH is already working on a way to provide you with products. We will
stay in close contact to all our customers in UK and send an updated
information at the beginning of January 2023.
