Do you recogise this one? It has a plate on the side saying Mastergrave Universal but no further info. I posted originally as I am having problems setting the machine up for engraving (hence the request for a user manual). The problem is that when pressing the "Z" axis up/down arrows on the control box the spindle doesn't move up or down. It moves a couple of mm and then makes a whirring sound although it is working but jammed. Anyone got any idea on how to resolve this issue? I've managed to get it working, just needed a small gear wheel adjustment. Will contact U-Marq to see if they have a user manual.
