stevecoco
OK, never changed a movement in a watch, just battery. Customers watch no longer working suggested a movement change. Customer says no chuck it in the bin. Challenge on then no stress, but if it works can hand it back with a smile. (Customer works in bakers 2 doors down). SO....................................................... movement is from a Pulsar ladies watch with the number V400A or U400A written on the movement and takes a 317 battery. Had a look on cousins website total confusion. Any help would be appreciated.
Lee
If ever you can't find the movement you are looking for (their search is very effective) shorten it... for example seach V400 or U400 in this case V400, its usually the last letter you need to drop. This one however is obsolete. often on Cousins website they will show an alternative but failing that as you get to know movements you can often find others that will fit perfectly. Another good source is a call to Ian at Jevon & Stanley he often has movements that others show obsolete although I doubt he'll have that one. stevecoco
Cheers Lee, looked it up and it says obsolete with an alternative of a VC10. Are these reliable alternatives?
