tru
I have a pair of hiking boots with standard eyelets. Can these eyelets be replaced with loop n ring style eyelets? Easy fix? Expensive?
derek
shouldn't be a problem, pop into your local repairer and get them to look at the boots and quote a price
Lee
Out of curiosity why do you need to change them? Lee
tru
an eyelet on each boot must have burrs in them or something, as the laces are constantly breaking in the same spot. something about the loop appeals to me more so id like to take the opportunity to replace them all. roy gallery
http://www.lockpicks.com/pippin-file-4-cut-fine.html use one of these on your eyelets and you won't snap anymore laces, lot cheaper than getting them all changed
