Had a problem with my A9 not receiving the new updates ,so called Peter, he is going to send me a loan machine out so that I can return and have my machine fixed. Also he has found a bug in the Brisant key update, that is also going to be fixed.

He is doing a damn fine job in making sure all the bugs and problems are being fixed in a very fast time scale.

Shame we didnt get the same level of service :(

 

Hi, I know myself / your rep Chris and peter tried to sort your machine out as there seemed to be issues in updating and machine was returned to sort out in the end - Are you still having issues ? - if so please let me know and I can try and help or get Chris to pop in .
