kev
Make sure you select all, then use the alignment tools to centre them in your workspace, sometimes when you import them they are outside of your workspace Kev
x minit uk
Thanks for that reply Kev, I don't get that far though, its when i click on add logo i have the problem. it opens up a new window and shows the downloaded files some are there and some are not, if you know what i mean. I am using vistools software if that helps.
kev
Ah yes, the age old problem of a phantom eps file. Exactly the problem I has this morning with Jayke's file he sent me this morning. How this occurs is when the graphic is created on a Mac, usually in Illustrator and is then "saved" as an eps - what us PC users need is for the designer to "export" as eps. We can then import the graphic into our software, wether it be Gravostyle, Vistool or Engravelab. Problem is you never know if you can use it until you have downloaded it and tried to import it. Hope this explains it a bit for you Kev
