Sarunas
Does anyone do that here ? Customer brought his photo ( JPG ) i cleaned everything around it and left just face - as he wanted . But when i put it on engrave it still engraves face and white color around the face - diamond engraving I already did that before with other photos but it always engraves white color as background color. Sarunas
Im using Gravograph MP40G IQ it uses GS 6 software and it does accept gif format. On my desktop i can see that gif image has no background , but when i put it it GS6 and use photo style and after that start engraving it starts doing that background anyways. I do believe that GS 6 photo style converts any photo into Bitmap
grahamparker
Have you tried turning it into a negative image,im sure we had to do that to laser engrave a photo image although we have only ever done it once so i may be mistaken.
Sarunas
Well i don't use negative , because it doesn't look so nice as positive and the only thing is not good is that background
