I ordered a couple of weeks ago a AD103 security calculator (ford coded access) off of Hickleys - and they asked my serial number of my tester, to which I gave, earlier this week it arrived I came to use it and to my horror it had been twinned up with my AD100PRO but I have the software for the ford coded access on my MVPPRO - gave Hickleys a call to explain (and grovel) to which they have ordered a new serial card with No charge, even though it was my mistake - so anyone off to Doncaster show if you do order anything off of Hickley you can be assured of great after service and - even if your inexperience, (like mine) they will guide you to make your life just a little bit better - they are the Dogs B*******!
