Where do I find machinery?

Hi everyone!

 

I'm just setting up a business making shoes but Ive got a very limited budget. does anyone know where to buy cheap machinery, old stock from factories etc, or just a good contact to look for these for me? Right now I need a heel attaching machine, a post-bed sewing machine, a skiver, a back-part moulder and a toe lasting machine. Im from the north-east but I'll be travelling to northampton this week sometime, via leeds and leicester.
