help chrono hands removal

trying to change the movement of a chrono watch, i have done standard movements but never a chrono.. when it came to taking chrono hands off the small dials they seem a bit stiff to come off,,so thought better check with experts here before all hands at 12 o clock position main hands off..?? bu the way its a miyota os10..thanks

don't matter where they are when you remove them (12o'clock) because your putting back a new movement! But yes should be a push fit, are you using a hand removal tool or levers?

thanks lee i am using presto hands remover tool, i will give it another go,,
