Zadi Laser Caravan Lock

Managed to pick open and remove barrel ,and found key code FW151 and Z410 moulded on outer case.

 

Can not find on Instacode.

 

The only blank I can find is ZD 25 but thats 10 wafers and this has only 4.

 

Any one had any experiance of one of these.

Whats your question? think you have already answered it, if you've found a key that fits in the key way the hardest bit is done, just shorten that key and cut it to suit the wafers?

numbers moulded into cases are rarely key numbers, just part numbers for the assembly line - I agee if the key fits use it.....

As I said the key code is stamped on the barrel FW 151 and no numbers on the wafers.The moulded numbers in the case would help to identify the lock.

Instacode dose not recognise it so there is no way I can cut a Laser key to code with a BD Laser.

I was just wondering if any one had managed to cut one of these Zadi laser caravan keys to number and if any other CNC machine has the capability to cut them.

 

As you are aware you cannot put an uncut laser (Cavity ) key into the lock and I do not think it is possable to cut it free hand.
