Guest abababa
Hi, Im wondering if anyone can help me. Im new to this and my father is training me at the minute. He has an RW2 machine (doesnt know much about it) but turns away alot of business as it cannot read alot of keys. I have neen reading about the rw4 etc but its very expensive. Is there a cheap solution for upgrading the rw2. It does not need to be state of art or anything. Thanks in advance.
damen.rudi
Hi, you can update the RW2 with the Tex-code. The problem in the future will be that Silca isn't going to update this system. So furtheron you will have get the same problem. To let the Texcode work properly you have to connect it to a computer. The best advice I can give is to keep your RW2 for old cars. You probably will have old transponderkeys too (T2,...). The new machines may have problems with these keys. I have bought the Megacopy from Elme Tools. Here you can buy softwarepackets for the transpondertypes you need. I bought the Texascrypto too so now I can make Mitsubishi, Ford,... Elme Tools has made the promise that they will update the machine for a very long time. Take a look at the link below and you'll have an idea what's on the market. http://translate.google.com/translate?h ... etools.es/ Greetings, Rudi
lockdecoders
Read the post for transponder minefield. I would suggest keeping the old machine and going for one of our key-Crypt Prounits with the the cloning special package. This will allow you to clone most transponders and have the facility of upgrading as you need to. Pete
