suede jacket

Hi all

 

Customer of mine had a suede jacket dry cleaned now the suede is all dry and bit stiff.

 

any idea what i could recommend to them to recondition it?????

dont know mate,, we used to take suedes and leathers on for cleaning, and for this very reason we stopped it, too much hassle,, we even had them sign a disclaimer,,,BLOODY CUSTOMERS,,,

Woly Combi Proper is a good all rounder or even a suede block if they want to DIY but dry cleaning can't be good for suede can it?

suedes and leathers are not dry cleaned as such , my drycleaners always used to send them to a suede and leather specialist,,i would suggest you send the garment back to whoever cleaned it for you,,

nah tofat i did nt get it dry cleaned . like u i dont have anything to do with dry cleaning like u say it never seems worth the hassle. it was just a really good customer of mine askinga question . have got some combi proper might suggest that.
