Mick Friend
I am not familiar with OFG. But if it has a thumbturn on the inside WHY? if its shared accomodation that is now required for emergency exit. If its social housing then it may be a mastered cylinder If its 6 pin then that is also a requirement most insurance companies now insist that like for like is replaced. oltherwise its possible to change it to key and key but that will mean they probably have to go in then put the key in to lock the door - if its a dodgy area a time delay in securing the door. Be aware that altering any locking system may leave you open to legal action if there is a problem later - insurance companies are now looking harder to move the cost of claims, some of my colleagues are being asked to look at situations and make reports. Be sure you understand the BS rating and the MLA guidlines for domestic security.
Growster
OFG is an old Swedish industrial style (Assa is not sure what that means, when I asked them a few months ago) lock range. The range should have euros, screw-ins and scandinavian ovals with 5 or 7 pin plugs. The keys are open section and on Instacode. And the keys I've ever made really are quite long. Making a key/turn lock into a key/key one should be standard stuff, just replace the barrel. I'd use Evva cylinders, they are reliable, but, really, any cylinder will do, with less than 6 or 7 pins. Hope this helps, kind regards, Chris from London

Chris from London HELLO MATE i would advise reading the above advise on insurance and the reason why there is a thumb turn the above post was spot on what if you change the door to a key key from a tt key and some one cannot get out and dies its down to you -- could you live with that and the criminal neglegent part of it as well at the end of the day if its TT REPLACE IT WITH A T/TURN ITS THERE FOR A REASON Normally there is only one door / escape route but there are other reasons
