where could i find someone to replicate this little fella?

Macaulay Mann was the original manufacturer but i believe they have stopped trading

The shield is 250 mm high x 160 mm wide

i can make you the plinth but not the design on top of it

 

if ya want one, give me an full size scan of it so i can get the dimensions exactly the same.

or post it to me then i can scribe it.
