bwells Posted August 3, 2008 Report Share Posted August 3, 2008 I had a couple of Red or Dead stilettoes in for repair with threaded top pieces.I tried to source a supply for these but could not,so I sent an email to the company.I honestly expected the usual excuses ,so was surprised when they sent me a contact at Schuh.I was put in contact with a chap called Alan Notman who not only sent me threaded top pieces but also ordinary top pieces(in black and brown) free of charge and delivered the day after my email.Top marks to Schuh for their service. If you have time take a look in Schuh and see what brands they stock so that you are ready when problems occur. Make a note of the name and number for future repference.
