Guest sarsden_boy
Its just like ive never been gone, Silicon is just a lubricant, and i use it for preference, i also use it round the edges before i grove any rubber soles i need to grove preventing serious ammounts of drag as u will know lol also prevent u groving your finger when it grabs. Hugh i also remove one of the springs on thicker stuff, relieves the pressure of the clamp, which i think should be left on as it holds the welt to the table while the awl PENERTRATES, haaaaa, this is the right forum
Hugh-Candoit (ENG)
It has been noticed within several posts that you are using Phone Text sarsden_boy to replace a few of your words. Please note that this is not allowed as many do not understand the new short cuts in the posts. Particulary we old age pensioners who do not know how to use mobile phones let alone text. As for Silicone, a very good product in its own right but I would not use it anywhere where adhesives are to be used. My old boss used to say "Yer cant beat KY Jelly for lubricating" Personally I used Paraffin that we used to clean the machines down with, much cheaper.(though I dont know nowadays).
