James and Alden ceased trading around 18 months ago , building was worth more than the buisness , so it made sense to sell out to developers .

Two ex employees with many years service ,Sal and Kathy , who ran the Hardware and fittings side of the buisness started a new venture called

Usefull people to know , at present they do not have a brochure , but still work from the old James and Alden brochure , same part numbers , same prices , same great service , callers more than welcome to there trade outlet . They ran a few adverts in Cutting edge about 12 months ago , sadly had little response from the repair trade so have stopped advertising until there website is up and running.
