ANDY
just looking at a clock in glenway book. page 132 bottom right. if that is set in the glass i wonder what the hole diameter is?? failing that maybe a local glass merchant could cut a hole through a glass award for the coin to sit in?? all down to the lady and her budget. Gravograph_John
Why not get a nice thick piece of glass, and cut it out SLOWLY on your Volume?!?!!?
Lee
again back to the glenway catalogue page 40, JC002AAT - BT (3 sizes) buy one of these ask glenways not to make it up to leave the glass blank. Turn it upside down use the metal peg (probably can be cut down if to long) to mount the medal then stand or silicon it on a salver base like those on page 132-133 Lee
ANDY
or, glenway again page 23. you could use those with the glass upside-down, as they still have the hole for the peg. does the medal have a loop, if so, peg through that. or trim a ribbon down and peg that. if there is no loop you could use those clear sticky dots to fix medal to glass, but it may look a bit shabby from the rear. (no quotes on that comment please )
