a challenge

i'm hoping one of you lot on here with a computer engraver can do a job for me.

 

i need to make 2 bases for some drawers which need a grid with 42 squares, 1/8 of an inch deep engraving into them. the dividing lines of the grid are 1/4 inch wide widthways and 3/8 of an inch wide lengthways. this needs to be done into 1/4" mdf.

 

i'll supply the wood with all the layout lines set out at actual width and positioning.

 

pretty please save me having to route them all out by hand
