Guest Iain Cheall
Has anyone looked into or already use the Ezebadge system. I am thinking of taking the plunge because I regularly get asked for a special centre for trophies or keyrings and my supplier only does them in quantities of 100. It can do between 1 and 10,000 Any thoughts guys

Guest Iain Cheall
sorry its been featured a few times in the cutting edge mag so guessed that you would all know about it. It is a software package that lets you design and print your own colour trophy centres in a varity of sizes and shapes. They supply the acrylic domes and everything. look at the link for more details
kobblers
aaah, cant you just print your own domes anyway? i use polylaser (the same sort of stuff address labels are made from but much tougher and waterproof) to print good quality images onto. if i was gonna make my own centres i'd just do that and then buy one o' those one inch hole punchers to separate them from the sheet. add the domes and bingo save ya laying out for the machine and you can still produce in the quantity you want. hey, maybe there's a market here for me, doing one offs
kobblers
i just looked in my catalogue, they also do sheets of 1" circles in (and larger)permanent polylaser labels, ideal for trophy centres you have to buy 100 sheets, 70 circles per sheet for the princely sum of 133 quid plus vat. Guest Iain Cheall
the ezebadge system doesn't have a machine all you need is a pc an ink jet printer and a customer the cost of the software is £200 with a starter pack of domes and such or for an extra £50 you can have a display board with £100 worth of items to put in it. you can do runs of 1 to 10000 centres on it.
