3 phase recommendations

Hi I've purchased a 3 phase machine Im looking for a converter and don't know where to start. The previous one I had was huge and I'm wanting a smaller one that's still powerful enough for the machine? What converters does everyone use?

I had the same dilemma ,  I bought a new motor that i believe is called a double wound motor . Depending on how you wire up the plug it can operate as either a 3 phase or as a 3 pin 15 amp. It runs exactly the same in either configuration .

It will depend on the machine that you have, the current that it runs and how many motors, I would only advise running it on an electronic inverter nowadays. Much more reliable and allows for continues switching of motors, but expect to pay around £1200
