Problem With Dongle, Gravograph

Hello everyone, I have a M40 machine since 2009, everything was ok until the day I enter some serials trying to stop the pop up window that shows up everytime I operate it.

 

Now when I try to open it, it shows up this message "The trial version has expired"

 

The dongle is damaged or blocked, What can I do to fix this?

 

Please Help Me out.

Is the date set correctly on your computer? 

 

Try making the date some time in the future and then rebooting your PC and restarting Gravostyle. If it works then, you will need to contact Gravograph who will get some info from you and then send you a file to reset your dongle to work on the correct date
