Mick Friend Posted December 5, 2014 Report Share Posted December 5, 2014 I have been asked to run this around for James he is a good chap- request for help, I’m after any copies of ‘end user software agreements’ the Insurers want to increase the premiums for all new Auto locksmiths and its due to the cost of replacement software. I believe that an agreement can be reached between software provider’s and all Auto locksmiths where both parties are covered and in the event of a total loss neither are at a massive disadvantage. Also with this information I’m hopefully going to put together a disaster recovery plan for all the Locksure Clients and anyone else that wants it. This documents gives details of who to call, what details you need to give etc and give’s an insight in to the processes involved in the event of something big happening, it would also, I feel be helpful in the event of an simple accident. I will work out the quickest way of getting back on the road and earning again, we have as part of the policy a ‘Business Interruption’ section, which will pay a set amount for each day lost of trading, but it’s not nearly enough in comparison to what could be earned. If you can help in any way it will be much appreciated.
