Not used one of these for a while.

If my memory serves me, there is a fault with the internal CBOX.

Sometimes it's just a loose wire inside which needs to be tightened.

Worst case scenario, you would have to replace the ECB.

But as I say….. it’s been a while! :-)

Regards

Mike

Yup just found this issue with the rw4 plus i got from you roy , it was a simple fix though once i took back off and removed boards ,  as blue card wasnt inserted fully on the board, so reset this fully and ensured all connections were good and fully inserted  , now working like a charm on 4d .

they may work loose in transit or on back of van , but all good now and working spot on

For anyone who experiences this issue of " internal cbox error , COD= " then ;

1) pull out the 4 rubber feet

2) fully undo the 4 screws under the rubber feet and lift of back cover

3) under the 1st board you will see a small blue card at edge of middle board , push this inwards and a click is felt when fully home , you may have to push inwards twice to click in place

4) check all plugs and connectors are fully home

5) put back cover back on , replace the 4 screws and the rubber feet

6) check machine works on a 4d key

this resolved the issue for me and all is back up and running fine .
