Just thought I would give this company the big thankyou for the great service they have given me recently.

 

I had a jeweller friend of mine who came in with a pocket watch which her engraver biffed. She asked me to see what I could do. The back plate was badly scored, so I thought it would be easier to fit a new one. I contacted the supplier of the watch explained what had happened and could they help. That was Wednesday, today Friday a replacement arrived free of charge.
