Hugh-Candoit (ENG) Posted November 8, 2009 Report Share Posted November 8, 2009 I can understand the frustration but every manager of every branch ofevery multiple outlet has griievences of one form or another, visiting bods would probably get the same ear bashing at every store, this detracts from the visit. Smiles go a long way, same with customers. Positive comments are always welcome in all aspects of any trade if put accross in the right manner. As for the customer..... beggars belief. (nothing astounds me though nowadays as I had a similiar experience last week at an electronics superstore. Asked for a kit of parts to make a sequential flashing set of 6 LEDs "sorry we dont do them" but I found them in their catalogue 2 days later. ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
