Guest ARGH
I get a good number of Roto keys in recently, now Ive always insisted on cutting them on the correct blank (my case a HD Rot1) and have NEVER had a return, when using the correct blank, massive hassles if Ive done them on any other 6 pin blank (16HL,UL2 etc)...anyone else have probs when using universal 6pin blanks regardless of brand..Erribi,Silca,HD,JMA...Coz I get them back or the classic "It works on one side locking and opening, but not the other...". Mark A
Universal blanks and the effect on some euro cylinders has been covered before, the blanks need to be exactly the right length or can cause problems. Mark
Iain
Agree with Mark, We occassionaly get them back if they haven't been cut down properly. Most of the time they work perfectly and we very rarely get returns. We cut quite a few 6-pin keys these days. Far more than we did last year.
