Craig Gardner
Having a problem cloning above onto TPX1. Machine says successful but will not start the car.Anyone else getting this. fiestas and ford ka 4c chips do not seem to work on tpx1 chips advanced diagnostics have confirmed to me that it is a fault and do not do fiesta or ka on tpx1. if you need to clone these you will find that eh2 will work fine although not ideal as it is a batery head.i now just clear the original and program in the original again and a new standard key with my ad100 pro.as far as i am concerned this method is the only hassle free method as no batterys to go flat i a coupleof years like eh2. 3D Group
I always use TPX chips and EH heads as a last resort. This is because if someone has a key stolen and they just want the immo system reprogrammed then the key stolen will still work unless you throw it away, IF YOU KNOW IT HAS BEEN CLONED. On another note TPX1 doesn't work on PCM ECU Ford Ka's which is late 2002 - 2009. Not had any issues with any other Ford's.
ponsaloti
Kim at AD told me the same regarding TPX1 so I was trying to figure if It was the chip or the AD900. I used blue battery head but lost remote sale at the same time. Cheers fella's.
