??big chaines and engraving machines and programs?

dont no alot about computorised engravers.but can anyone tell me ,what sort of pcs and programs ..do the big multiples run in there shops,as i presume they must all be the same..so that when diffrent members are sent to diffrent branches they no how to run them.or which are the most populer forum members use in there shops?

you will find that nearly all (may be all) the chains are using gravo is200 machines, some with gravo 98 some gravo g5 software

 

this goes for timpsons (600+ shops?), shoecare (30+ shops), shoe tec (20+), essex (20+) for definite and you are right it means their staff can chop and change.
