One of the best systems ive seen for controlled access control is cyber lock, we had them at an expo last month, superb system, they do a really good bio system at around £120 to the locksmith.

their electronic system is superb, and currently being fitted in many hospitals and government buildings.

 

each key will let the user into the doors they have access to only at times authorised, great system.
