Lee
This is probably one for Peter at SiServe but having spoken with 'Onest Andy yesterday I have just done a bit of googling on fire risk assessment Found this easy yes/no printable assessment form, which I filled out and printed. http://www.fpa-fireriskassessment.com/checklist.htm Each question requires a simple click and the questionaire should take no more than around 20 minutes to complete. This will be time well spent! This will help you meet your legal requirements Prompt you to remedy any fire hazards Encourage your workforce to be more on guard against an outbreak of fire Once you have completed the questionnaire you will be given a report which may be printed out to keep as a reference for the remedial action, if any, to be undertaken to maintain the safety of your premises. You can also review the fire risk assessment again to ensure that the measures taken have not compromised any other part of the plan. As I'm not to familiar with this subject I don't know if this really will cover you legally as it says, but its a lot better than doing nothing at all! another useful link is http://www.communities.gov.uk/index.asp?id=1162101 Lee
