  1. Hey peter, I'm on the west coast of Canada. I also had someone say it was a Sutton McKay model that was originally sold as a bench top...but there are tooany parts that are below the separation lone (ie- spool holder thing, wax/lube reservoir, etc.) I know one thing, with items this old it could have been flown here from the UK or us...or it might be from a small Canadian manufacturer.

I have recently acquired this vintage/antique insole stitcher. unfortunately the maker/model plate has been torn off (was stamped/engraved brass plate located just above lube/wax reservoir) its mckay-landis green but that's all we have to go on. any help would be appreciated I'm a newb so images may not post properly. my apologies if they don't I'll try and fix it
