  1. If the support material is cracking/rotting inside I would stick in some micro material vertically then scour it level with the heel block but I have also filled with flexofil for a bit of support.
  2. Leather & Grindery have this one that may do the job? (it isn't a stiletto so ignore the URL) Stiletto Heel Blocks 80 4022 Leather Covered
  3. Don't want to tell you how to suck eggs but how about just building up the damaged one, should be relatively easy to replicate from the good one.
  4. The only thing to stop you should be time! I spent ( and still do) hours devolving that site. Go on wix.com and start playing around, there is no charge until you want it to go live. Hope that helps
  5. Mainly from Pet Hardware in Czech Republic and some bits from Abbey or Artisan Leather. Here what we charge: Pet Tags & Collars | WARMINSTER ENGRAVING Hope that helps Paul
  6. Firstly sorry about using the term Sneaker but if you want to be down with the kids then that's how it has to be! Does anyone offer shoe and more importantly sneaker cleaning? Until now i've turned any cleaning down as thought it was beneath me as a craftsman. However two events this week have got me thinking. Firstly a customer came in with 2 pairs of shoes that have gone a bit mouldy in storage and asked me to clean them and the cost was irrelevant to them! Secondly my son revealed this week that he sent his sneakers to a lad who has set up a cleaning service locally and he happily paid £35 to have them cleaned! On doing some research it seems £30-£50 is the going rate, plus these companies are charging extra for laces, protection etc. This seems like a no-brainer doesn't it? My missus keeps banging on about it, saying it sounds like an easy way to earn a bit extra, but i'm convinced for this to be a success i'd need to be a 20-odd year old lad with good socials and to be down with the kids....not a grumpy (very nearly) 50 year old cobbler. Thoughts anyone?
  7. Hi, I'm looking to expand my watch strap display options. If anyone has any display/storage stands they no longer need and want to sell then give me a shout, ideally looking for the large type of one that sits on it's own plinth base. Many thanks Paul
  8. Do this….Mark will teach you everything you need to know.
  9. Do you have a photo of the watch display stand? regards, Paul
  10. Unbelievable place to open! Plenty of other towns in Cornwall with no independent or even a Timpsons! Good luck pal!
  11. Who did you buy the machine from? I'd ask them for some help in setting it up, you need to calibrate the cutter and tracer which is easy to do but not easy to explain on a few lines of text. I'm pretty sure there are instructions in the manual.
  12. Hope it all goes well for you mate, Paul (ex-colledge rep)
