    I'm not sure I agree that customers keep going back.... I believe they only go back when there isn't a better option! Treat your customers right, and turn out first class work and you WILL overcome.

    Lady brought in a Burberry bag, cost her over £1,000... tried the likes of Timpson, but no-one would touch it. Not only is it £100 in the till, it tells another customer that Timpson are not craftsmen. Timpsons are what McDonald's are as far as fine dining goes!

    Use it on veg tan leather, dampen leather first to emboss a lined patern.. example, along edge of a belt.
