Here in the US, I have the customer contact them, as there is nothing aftermarket here,

Maybe customer purchased bail box on line via Amazon or such ?

Option would be to locate key blank of same or similar dimensions and try to make a key or if you have one to copy from,

They are a pain to pick,

If you have to drill one, beware the first 2 wafers are stationary,  sit flush with the plug surface and are hardened for anti drilling,

Use a tungsten carbide burr to get past them, the burrs come in various shapes and sizes, sample of the main type I use below,

I have replaced several malfunctioning locks that use the above type key over the past few years, and the tubular locks as well, customers supplied the locks,

I have not dealt with the new version yet, It apparently replaces the older type with modifications to the door,
