Hi, looking to duplicate this Yamaha bike key, YH35RPB /RATE are too short, see pic
Been suggested YH40RATE by nwkeys but they would be 3-5 weeks to import stock (and MOQ of 10), so hoping someone can suggest an alternative, or someone here has stock and can spare a blank?

cheers

Original has magnets in the head as there is an additional security plate that slides over the ignition barrel.

You will need a blank the exact same length as the original.

Similar to this new Suzuki blank.

There are some blanks listed (on aliexpress) with the magnets but you have to work out the positions and the polarity of the magnets as well.

I have done a couple for a local bike dealers after they ordered the blanks even though as main dealers coriginal blanks are not available only replacement ignitions (well that is what they where told by the main uk dealers).

Nice, I ordered something similar from aliexpress on Grahams suggestion so fingers crossed;  https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005004564524030.html

Meanwhile I had another customer come in with this suzuki key in attached pic

I added https://www.nwkeys.co.uk/Product/silca-sz18rte-case-only to my next order as the profile looks to match, but the head of this looks like it also has the newfangled magnet shenanigans? not seeing this profile from a cursory look on aliexpress

I've never ordered anything off Aliexpress. Is it any good and does stuff take a long time to arrive?
