Cobbler1989
Don’t cut best keys that often but when I do they seem to take a couple of attempts before they work. What am I doing wrong?
exp121260
I you use a machine with 4 cutting Jaws , use the B Jaw which is wider than A. The other option is to put the keys in A Jaw other way around, the Tip on the left and key head on the right. These has worked for me, hopefully solves your issues too ! grahamparker
V Jaw and line up from the tip, be carefull that the blank is level and not tipping slightly forward or back. Our local council fitted these on all the local allotments and we where the only place that could cut the correctly.

aam
I often line them up using the little vertical flat notch at the bottom just before the tip. Same with the similar looking Arrow blanks. Also, as Graham mentioned, make sure the blank is totally flat and not tipped. The last ones I did a couple of days ago were on a Silca Bravo Pro jaw A.
