I would try a Kaba 8, the card looks OK. 8 cuts in each row, whereby 4 are just empty.

"That is not a Gemini key as evidenced by how it is cut. The bitting appears to be like the Kaba 8/14, but it does look like a knock off instead of the original.

The Gemini and 8/14 are different in thickness and blade height. I do cut various dimple keys by generally modifying something else and when it is not too time consuming. They can check the dimensions and perhaps use the 8/14 key for copies."
