Any ideas, folks?

Instacode shows totally different bitting for the code on the key.

I looked at Silca ISU2, as well, but couldn't marry the bitting up to any code.

Thanks - it's just that the profiles look very different, unless the middle groove on the GM15/19 doesn't matter?

It doesn't Matter at all mate. Done plenty of them using GM15.

MIT15AP is the correct blank, But the others will suffice if you have them to stock
