cobblers.keys
Can anyone tell me if this original key is an x or x7? Thanks. It has a 7 in the number on the key but profile looks different on both blanks. Thanks
Azaloid
Original has on the head so the WXM and the X blank is a bypass style profile so will work, if the original doesn't have the WXM logo then it is a ULTION 3* plus and the WXM blanks wont go in. JMA reference TX-17 will work only with the WXM profile but the TX-22 will work with both, it may be the same with the X7.

Azaloid
Sounds like it is the cutting, if it goes in. what machine are you cutting on as i know the JMA MULTICODE has an updated file for the TX-22 and TX-17 which are 1492P and 1493P which is slightly different to the original WXM file 1092P. danncus and gavin 1

Azaloid
There is a Ultion adapter for the Mustang GMUKC2 JMA stock code JSM105 which apparently does hold it better. You could also try calibrating with the original and blank rather than 2blanks the same as the bypass keys are slightly thinner.
