No joy - tried every possible Thule combination too but still not working

Pick and remove, really easy to strip down as well to decode.

Did a Thule roof bar by reading the wafer drops yesterday quite easy if you can get access.

I'm not sure how helpful this is, but this company say they cut theirs on Ilco LF12 / Silca LF12 / JMA BL-2 :

We only ever use Silca LF12, always use a good lock oil as a lot of roof boxes are stored in the garage and as a result the keys struggle to enter smoothly.

Had a few back that did not fit but they brought the roof box with them, a quick spray of Kaba lock oil or Abus PS88 always sorts the issue.

if it is a Thule / Yakima style key way lock,

be sure the blank you are using LF12 or variant, has the correct shoulder width of not more then .340 inch  // 8.636 mm,

or key may not enter fully
